Electron Beam Evaporation
Electron Beam Evaporation (EBE) utilizes an electron beam to sublime a source material into vapor, which is then deposited onto a substrate. Operating under high vacuum conditions, EBE is ideal for producing high-quality optical coatings. It finds applications in optical lenses, laser lenses, and thin film filters.
Ion Beam Sputtering
Ion Beam Sputtering (IBS) employs an ion beam to accelerate sputtered materials, creating high-quality, dense films. It is well-suited for precision optical components like interference filters, concave lenses, and mirrors. In ion-assisted electron beam deposition, targeted ions enhance coating adhesion and density on optical surfaces.
Ion Assisted Deposition
IAD is a physical vapor deposition (PVD) technology and its main advantage of this technology is to improve the density and adhesion of the film, thereby improving the optical performance and durability of the film. Therefore, it is often used to prepare anti-reflective coatings and laser lenses
Advanced Plasma Sputtering
APS represents the latest evolution of thin film coating technology. Its core feature is hot cathode DC glow discharge plasma instead of traditional ion beams for depositing coating materials. It has been a more efficient and precise film deposition while maintaining the versatility and stability of optical performance.

Our coating chambers of 1,000SQM reach the dust-free level of class 5, equipped with fully automatic cleaning equipment, and complete metrology equipment: Spectrophotometer/Thickness gauge/FTIR/Vertical and Horizontal Zygo Interferometer can perform various accuracy tests and durability tests: Laser Damage Threshold Test/ Salt spray test/Abrasion Test / Thermal-Humidity Test / Temperature Influence Test / Stress Test.
